What is ourke engineering?
ourke engineering is a Zurich-based design studio working at the intersection of engineering and industrial design. It was established in 2021 by Lenny Dupourqué. We create functional objects inspired by robotics, aerospace engineering, and thoughtful interaction. Every project begins as an engineering challenge and ends as an object designed to be lived with.
Where are your products made?
We design every product in our Zurich studio and work with carefully selected manufacturing partners. Whenever possible, we manufacture in Switzerland or nearby Europe, choosing suppliers for their quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that local customs duties or import taxes may apply outside Switzerland.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock products are typically dispatched within one business day. Delivery times depend on your location. If a product is made to order or temporarily out of stock, we'll clearly indicate the expected lead time.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the packaging and the product. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind the quality of our products. If a manufacturing defect appears under normal use, please contact us and we'll do our best to repair or replace the item.
Why are your products more expensive than mass-produced alternatives?
Every ourke engineering product is developed from scratch, combining engineering, industrial design, and extensive prototyping. We manufacture in relatively small batches using high-quality materials rather than mass-production methods. Our goal is to create objects that are built to last and bring lasting value to everyday life.
